LOADOUTLENS / TRANSPARENCY

Affiliate Disclosure

Current status: LoadoutLens is preparing for affiliate monetization. The product links currently used by this version of the site point to manufacturer pages and are not affiliate links.

How future affiliate links will work

If LoadoutLens joins an affiliate program, some product links may allow LoadoutLens to earn a commission when a visitor makes an eligible purchase, without changing the visitor's purchase price. Those links will be clearly identified close to the recommendation so visitors do not have to search for the disclosure.

How recommendations are made

LoadoutLens aims to organize recommendations around platform, budget, compatibility, existing equipment, and the problem a player is trying to solve. Compensation should not determine whether a product is presented as a good fit.

Amazon Associates preparation

LoadoutLens has not added Amazon Special Links in this version. If LoadoutLens is accepted into Amazon Associates, the site will add Amazon's required Associate identification statement before Amazon affiliate links are activated.

Sponsored content

If sponsored placements or paid partnerships are introduced, they will be identified as advertising or sponsored content where they appear.
